Skillkeel Kit License
This is the licence that ships inside the Kit ZIP, published here so you can read it before you buy. The free Starter is MIT and has its own LICENSE file in its repository.

1. What you get
One purchase gives one person a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use and modify the Kit in any number of that person's own projects, commercial ones included.
2. Teams
Each person who uses the Kit needs their own purchase.
3. What you may not do
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish the Kit or substantial parts of it, which means whole skills, whole hooks or whole playbook chapters, in public repositories or anywhere else. Quoting single commands, single configuration lines or short passages inside your own private repositories or your own documentation is allowed. Nothing in this licence restricts what copyright law lets you do without a licence.
4. Updates
Every release we publish in the same major version is included in your purchase and reaches you through your Gumroad library. This is in addition to, not instead of, the updates a trader owes a consumer under section 327f of the German Civil Code.
5. Warranty
Consumers keep their full statutory rights for digital products under sections 327 and following of the German Civil Code. Nothing in this licence limits them, and nothing in it is an agreement that the Kit deviates from what you may objectively expect.
6. Liability
Skillkeel is liable without limit for intent and for gross negligence, and for damage from injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence Skillkeel is liable only for the breach of a duty whose fulfilment makes proper performance of this contract possible at all and on whose observance you may regularly rely, and then only for the foreseeable damage typical for a contract of this kind. Further liability is excluded. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is unaffected.
7. End of the licence
Skillkeel may end this licence only if you breach section 3 and do not stop after a written notice that names what you did and gives you a reasonable period to stop, unless the breach is so serious that no period can reasonably be expected. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
8. Refunds and withdrawal
Gumroad, Inc. is the merchant of record and decides refund requests. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital content it lapses only if you expressly agreed that delivery starts immediately and confirmed that you knew the right would then end (section 356 (6) of the German Civil Code). The withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are at skillkeel.com/widerruf.html. If the Kit does not install or does not do what the product page says, write to [email protected] with what failed: we fix it, or refund. A refunded copy loses library access, updates and repository access.
9. Law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country you live in (Article 6 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Rome I).
10. If a clause fails
If a clause of this licence is invalid, the rest stays in force and the statutory rules take the place of the failed clause (section 306 of the German Civil Code).
